Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the TotalFix Pros website or booking our appliance repair services.

1. Service Agreement

By booking a repair service with TotalFix Pros, you agree to these terms. We agree to provide professional appliance repair services in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

2. Service Call Fee

A service call fee of $89 applies to all diagnostic visits. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your repair if you choose to proceed with the recommended repairs.

3. Repair Warranty

All repairs are covered by a 1-year on parts and 90-day on labor warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days due to our workmanship or defective parts, we will repair it at no additional cost.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. You will receive a detailed invoice outlining all charges.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

TotalFix Pros is not liable for pre-existing damage to appliances or surrounding areas. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service performed.
